These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and okbrt ("we", "us", "our", or "okbrt") governing your access to and use of the okbrt online gaming platform accessible at okbrt.cam and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or using any functionality provided by okbrt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. You further represent that you are not legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) okbrt account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. okbrt employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts will be immediately closed, and any balances, winnings, or bonuses will be forfeited without notice or recourse.

1.4 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You are required to update this information promptly should any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbrt account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify okbrt of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okbrt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

okbrt accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and select Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your okbrt account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. okbrt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your okbrt account, you must first complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).

2.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

okbrt aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts using GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may require up to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okbrt complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that raises AML/CTF concerns. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by okbrt are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe specified in the promotion, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

3.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the applicable bonus terms.

3.4 Bonus Abuse

okbrt reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where we reasonably believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or employing betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay.

4. Gameplay and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the okbrt platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in our games are tested and certified by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness and randomness. 4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbrt platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform or games;
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;

4.3 Irregular Play Patterns

okbrt employs advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Where such patterns are detected, okbrt reserves the right to void wagers, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation.

4.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts will be void. okbrt will refund the stake amount of any voided wagers to the player's account. okbrt is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Player Responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content or portion of the Service without the express written permission of okbrt.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that access will be error-free. okbrt is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, server downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party failures.

7.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, okbrt's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your okbrt account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thou sand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

7.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall okbrt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if okbrt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

okbrt collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okbrt implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your okbrt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by okbrt

okbrt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes;
• Continuation of your account poses a legal or reputational risk to okbrt;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• You have engaged in abusive behavior toward okbrt staff or other players;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Where termination is due to a violation of these Terms, okbrt reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance. Where termination is initiated by okbrt for reasons unrelated to a breach by you, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any reference to regulatory oversight is made in good faith and refers to the general regulatory framework applicable to online gaming services offered to Philippine residents.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Our team will endeavor to respond to all disputes within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies available under Philippine law.

10.3 Complaints Procedure

Please include your registered username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. okbrt will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

11. Amendments to These Terms

okbrt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the okbrt platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account as described in Section 9.1.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.
